    I hope this mayor or nobody in his administration starts talking about raising property taxes, raiding the pension board, or none of that stupid stuff to pay for new pipes. Use the infrastructure money that's been spreading around or open up some cannabis city owned stores or whatever you can, but don't start talking about putting all that depth on the everyday people.

    I'm sure Chicagoans could care less about his excuse that the city doesn't have the money! If you can find money to house immigrants and turn Rahm Emmanuels school closures to Apts a d schools 4 migra ts, Chicago has money to burn. Go freeze Daleys bank accounts, and cancel the parking meter deal a d you'll find the 💰 especially what Daley a d his father stole!
