I’m not surprised they’d try and do this. When we were moving to TN I was contacted by a Tellico Village Real Estste agent. I had been looking for property there so he must have gotten my name from somewhere. We talked for a little while and then he said this: “You know how you tell a person by the type of car in his driveway? Well in Tellico Village it’s the same except it’s the boat in their slip.” I’ve never gotten off the phone with someone faster and quickly crossed Tellico Village off my list! 😁
