2 transported after motorcycle accident in Harrison County

SHINNSTON, W.Va. (WBOY) — Two individuals were transported for further treatment following a two motorcycle accident in Shinnston.

According to the Harrison County 911 log multiple departments responded to a report of a multi-vehicle accident on the 1400 block of Landing Way in Shinnston at 5 p.m.

A 911 official confirmed that two motorcycles were involved and that two people were transported by ambulance for treatment. The severity of their injuries was not stated.

The official also stated that the Harrison County Sheriff’s Department is investigating.

Shinnston and Worthington fire departments, along with the Harrison County Sheriff’s Department and EMS responded to this call.
