BUNKER HILL, W.Va. (WBOY) — The listing for a home in Berkeley County is going viral for its truly West Virginia take on an “aquatic oasis.”

Located in Bunker Hill, a single-wide mobile home with an addition is listed for $175,000, but the biggest anomaly is the attached indoor pool—something you rarely see in West Virginia and almost never see on a trailer home.

The listing on Century 21 Modern Homes describes it as a “one-of-a-kind real estate experience” for “luxury living (on a budget).” According to the real estate agent Rachel Pate, the owner purchased the mobile home in the 1980s, added the pool and eventually enclosed it to make it safer for her children.

The pool is heated and has a slide and diving board. There’s also a hot tub included, although it will need to be installed by the new owners.

You’ve probably never seen a house like this for sale in Harrison County, West Virginia

The rest of the home has four bedrooms and one-and-a-half bathrooms on a 0.67-acre, fenced-in lot. Some other notable features are stainless steel appliances and a built-in gun cabinet in the master bedroom. There are also two sheds on the property.

Although it might need some work, the listing says it has the “potential to splash its way into your heart.”
