RAND, W.Va. (WBOY) — A West Virginia man that U.S. Marshals say should be considered “armed and dangerous” is wanted on federal charges of interfering with commerce by use of violence or threats of violence.

    Tiwan Bailey

Tiwan Bailey, who is also known as “Quick”, 48, is believed to be using his “strong ties” in the community of Rand, Kanawha County, West Virginia, in order to “remain at large,” the U.S. Marshals Southern District of West Virginia said in a press release.

Marshals said he is known to frequent the eastern portion of Kanawha County and has multiple family members who live on the east side of Charleston.

Investigators said they believe Bailey is aware he is wanted and is actively evading law enforcement; with a criminal history that includes “acts of violence,” marshals said he should be considered armed and dangerous.
