    Flags ordered to half-staff in Harrison County

    CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (WBOY) — United States and West Virginia flags flown at the Capitol Complex and state-owned facilities in Harrison County are ordered to half-staff on Wednesday, Aug. 14.

    Gov. Jim Justice announced the flag order on Tuesday in honor of former West Virginia Delegate Ron Fragale.

    Fragale, who was born on Aug. 3, 1950, in Clarksburg, was a teacher and coach in the Harrison County School System for more than 30 years before he went on to represent Harrison County in the West Virginia House of Delegates from 1990 to 2014 as a Democrat.

    He died on Wednesday, Aug. 7, at the age of 74, according to his obituary .
