CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (WBOY) — Three West Virginians admitted to trafficking meth as part of a Philadelphia to Morgantown drug operation.

Joshua Noel, 42 of Elkins, Jennifer Clapper, 37 of Morgantown, and Jamie Purtee, 33 of Morgantown, each pleaded guilty to methamphetamine charges, according to a press release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office (USAO) for the Northern District of West Virginia.

The three were among 25 who were indicted in February for distributing meth, fentanyl and cocaine from apartments in Morgantown . The USAO said at that time that those indicted were part of a Philadelphia-based drug ring led by Rodney Johnson.
