FAIRMONT, W.Va. (WBOY) — A Fairmont staple is now on the market.

According to a listing from real estate group Black Diamond Realty, “The Poky Dot” building located at 1111 Fairmont Avenue is up for sale with an asking price of $595,000. The property has been up on the market since Aug. 30, 2024, the fifth year anniversary of a fire that heavily damaged parts of the restaurant and closed it for nearly two years.

The building, which the listing says was built in 1951, features around 3,712 square feet of space and is located just 3 miles from Interstate 79.

The owners of the retro-themed restaurant have not issued a comment on the listing as of Monday night.
