Allen was contacted by law enforcement for being in a suspicious vehicle at a Highlife Lounge in Morgantown and was arrested after deputies with the Monongalia Sheriff’s Office found drugs, according to a criminal complaint filed in November 2022 .

Man allegedly pointed gun at state trooper in Preston County, saying ‘I’ll state police you’

At that time, deputies said that 73 grams of meth was seized from Allen’s possession, but the U.S. Attorney’s Office said that some of the substance was fentanyl.

Allen faces up to 20 years for each count.

Allen was also arrested on felony drug charges in February of 2021 and in June of 2021 .
