KINGWOOD, W.Va. (WBOY) — The Preston County Buckwheat Festival kicks off on Tuesday with livestock arrivals and will feature live entertainment, unique food options and a carnival throughout the week.
This year’s festival will also feature the new buckwheat cones in addition to the classic buckwheat cakes and free concerts will be offered on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
