This is what should've been done from the time we've had the death penalty. Wouldn't have prisons so crowded. Laws of the land & should be dealt with swiftly! Alabama is on the right track. If they are allowed to set on death row for 20 to 30 years they have no worries! Most of them pass away before being given a death date, anyways . Charles Manson should've been executed before California abolished the Death Penalty. May God be with them all ❤️ 🙏
