    Motorcyclists give firefighters boost in Drums

    DRUMS, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Some local firefighters are getting a boost thanks to some bikers.

    Motorcyclists got their motors running and headed out on the highway Saturday morning in Drums for what’s called Rally in the Valley.

    More than 70 bikes and 100 riders participated.

    PennDOT announces roadwork on I-81 in Great Bend Township

    Besides the motorcycle run, the event included, among other things, food & beverages, tricky trays, a 50/50 raffle, and some live music.

    Rally in the Valley supports Valley Regional Fire and Rescue.
