Route 115 interchange project begins in Luzerne County

PLAINS TWP., LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — PennDOT announced lane restrictions on the Route 115 interchange as the reconstruction project in Plains Township begins.

One traffic lane will be maintained while construction is ongoing. Work will take place Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The project is estimated to be completed in the winter of 2027.
