Shots fired inside Scranton home during argument

SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Scranton police have arrested a man after they say he fired a gun during a domestic dispute.

A release from police say the incident occurred Thursday night in the 1300 block of Rundle Street in the Electric City.

According to police, a caller told them that they feared for their life and were unable to speak on the phone.

Upon arrival, officers say the caller informed them that they had been in a verbal argument with 50-year-old Robert Krisovitch, who had opened fire in the house in which two juveniles were also occupying.

Officers say a stun gun was utilized in the apprehension of Krisovitch after multiple verbal commands were ignored.

Krisovitch is charged with two counts of discharging a firearm into an occupied structure, reckless endangerment, child endangerment, assault, and other related charges. He is being held in the Lackawanna County Prison.
