    One man charged after Carbon County stabbing

    WEISSPORT BOROUGH, CARBON COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU)— One man is in custody after a stabbing Thursday night in Carbon County.

    According to a press release by Pennsylvania State Police, troopers were dispatched to the area of Bridge Street just before 10:00 p.m. for a report of a stab victim.

    Susquehanna County man charged with attempted homicide

    When on-scene, troopers found a 40-year-old male with multiple stab wounds, who was transported to a local medical facility in unknown condition.

    After authorities conducted an investigation, 42-year-old David Osenbach, from Lehighton Borough, was taken into custody Friday night on Aggravated Assault Charges.

    He is currently being held at the Carbon County Correctional Facility, and his hearing is scheduled for September 4.
