Drug raid arrests three, over 1,000 bags of fentanyl seized

KINGSTON, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A two-month-long investigation resulted in three arrests and various amounts of drugs seized in Kingston, police stated.

According to the Kingston Police Department, on Wednesday, September 25, drug detectives executed several search warrants that resulted in the arrest of the following men;

• Akilees Hobson, 26
• Wendell Keith Freeman, 30
• Armand Hobson, 27

The raid was the result of a two-month-long drug trafficking investigation.

Police said they seized over 1,000 bags of fentanyl, quantities of crack cocaine, marijuana, methamphetamine, synthetic marijuana, powder cocaine, and ecstasy.

The three men have been charged with various drug-related offenses. They all remain in the Luzerne County Correctional Facility after being denied bail.
