PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — One of the scariest Halloween attractions in northeastern Pennsylvania will open for the season this Friday.

Horror Hall in Plymouth Township is preparing to send a chill down your spine this Halloween season by bringing more scares and haunted attractions to its haunted house.

For 40 years, Horror Hall has been the area’s biggest and longest-running all-indoor attraction.

A portion of the proceeds raised go to local veterans.

Dozens of local actors will scare visitors with everything from creepy clowns to ghosts.

“A lot of other haunted attractions are big and gory and bloody which is a perfect style for other people but that’s just not what we do. It’s not super intense in that department it’s more of a physiological scare more of a jump scare kind of place and I think there’s a lot of people out there that still appreciate that,” Horror Hall Technical Director Zak Knoll said.

“It’s fun to interact with people that’s what we do at this haunt we try to interact with people we try to make it entertaining keep the theatrics going. That’s what we pride ourselves in,” said Horror Hall Actor Richard Smith.

Horror Hall is open every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday until November 2. They will also be open on Halloween night.
