MINERSVILLE, SCHUYLKILL COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Two Minersville police officers were indicted by a federal grand jury for allegedly making false reports.

The US Attorney’s Office says 43-year-old Harry Brown of Pottsville and 50-year-old Richard Clink of Minersville helped each other deprive the person under arrest of his constitutional rights, specifically to be free from the use of unreasonable force by a law enforcement officer.
