Nobody put a gun to his head and made him take fentanyl. I'm a recovering addict and I started with oxycoton and Percocet after a high school football injury. Once you're addicted you don't care what you take you just want to feel normal. Unless he took a pressed fake 30 Roxy and was told it was a real one then yeah lock him up. But if he did it on his own then forget about it.
