meanwhile gov.landry is locking records number of people up and changed sentencing laws. n cutting programs like substance abuse n other classes that help offer help with being a productive person apon release locking people up and forgetting about them isn't key to combat crime because everything going on out here is going on there . they need to change hiring standards for guards n offer. more substance abuse classes. and more trade certifications those inmates have nothing to look forward to why not get high and tune the world out
