Charlotte judges suspend more sentences for violent offenders (07-26-2024–Hour2)

In Mecklenburg County, shooting into an occupied vehicle or dwelling will get you a suspended sentence and probation. And for some reason, local officials are perplexed why the violent crime rate is high.
