3 children hurt in school bus crash near Loris

HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — Three students sustained minor injuries when their school bus was involved in a crash Tuesday afternoon.

Horry County Schools spokeswoman Lisa Bourcier told News13 a car rear-ended the bus that was carrying 24 Loris Middle/High School students along Heritage Road and Drew Lane.

Three passengers were sent to area hospitals with minor injuries. No further information was immediately available.
