Greater Florence Chamber of Commerce hosts sold-out Women in Commerce luncheon

FLORENCE, S.C. (WBTW) — The second Women in Commerce luncheon was held Thursday at the Florence Center.

The sold-out event hosted by the Greater Florence Chamber of Commerce featured mocktails, networking and special hospitality visits, according to the chamber’s Facebook page.

Keynote speaker Julie Janson, executive vice president and chief executive officer for Duke Energy Carolinas, led a discussion on women’s career growth. Other notable attendees included the president and CEO of McLeod Health, Donna Isgett, and South Carolina native Marva Smalls, executive vice president of public affairs and chief of staff for Nickelodeon.
