ROBESON COUNTY, N.C. (WBTW) — A Guilford County, North Carolina, man is being sought by Robeson County authorities after a 36-year-old woman was found Monday at a home in St. Pauls.

Alvino R. Wilson, 45, of Whisett, is wanted on charges of first-degree murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in the killing of Shaunta Jones, 36, of Fayetteville. Wilson is considered armed and dangerous.

Robeson County deputies found Jones dead after they responded at about 12:15 a.m. Monday to a home on Britt Road in St. Pauls for a call of someone shot.
