MANTEO, N.C. (WNCN) — Another beach house along the Outer Banks has collapsed into the ocean, according to Cape Hatteras National Seashore Park officials.

It’s the Outer Banks’ third house this year to fall into the ocean. Officials are urging visitors to stay away from Rodanthe Beach as they investigate the collapse of the unoccupied house at 23001 GA Kohler Court.

Officials issued the advisory because of the possibility of dangerous debris in the water, officials said. A contractor hired by the property owner was expected to begin cleanup on Friday.
