3-vehicle crash near Conway sends 1 person to the hospital

HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — One person was taken to the hospital Wednesday afternoon following a three-vehicle crash near Conway, according to Horry County Fire Rescue .

HCFR was dispatched at 2:45 p.m. to the area of Highway 90 and Wildhorse Drive. Rescuers had to remove three people from the vehicles, including two who chose not to go to the hospital.

No additional information was immediately available. The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating.
