Critical injuries reported in two-vehicle crash near Aynor

HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — Five people were taken to the hospital after a two-vehicle crash with critical injuries Sunday afternoon near Aynor, according to Horry County Fire Rescue .

HCFR responded at 5;13 p.m. to the area of Highway 501 East near White Deer Ridge south of Aynor. One of the vehicles overturned in the crash.

No additional details were immediately available. The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating. Horry County police assisted.
