    Lumberton motorcyclist killed in Horry Co. attending fall bike rally, coroner says

    HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — A motorcyclist visiting Horry County for the Myrtle Beach Bike Week Fall Rally was killed and his passenger hurt following a Friday night wreck in Horry County, authorities said.

    Harry Sealey, 54, of Lumberton, died at 9:25 p.m. from blunt force injuries sustained in the wreck, Chief Deputy Coroner Tamara Willard said.

    The incident happened just after 8:30 p.m. on South Carolina Highway 31 near South Carolina Highway 707. The vehicle was traveling southbound on the SC 31 ramp when it ran off the road and struck an embankment.

    The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating. Count on News13 for updates.

    Horry County has gotten so dangerous anymore. It was nothing like this when I moved my huge family here for better opportunities just 7 years ago.
