    Pedestrian struck, killed in Sunday morning wreck outside North Myrtle Beach

    HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — A person was killed Sunday morning after being hit by car along Hemingway Road about five miles outside of North Myrtle Beach, the South Carolina Highway Patrol said.

    It happened about 4:50 a.m. when a 2023 Dodge Charger struck a person in the roadway. No further information was immediately available.

    I can almost bet the driver was not paying attention on his phone texting and driving!!!! Their should be $1000 fine for anybody getting caught on their phones texting and driving. I see it every day in Myrtle Beach car swing back-and-forth.
