MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) — Afternoon temperatures in the mid-60s will warm to the upper-60s to near 70 degrees during the midafternoon. It will be another beautifully sunny day with clear skies in place for tonight. With high school football, take your jacket with you. Temperatures will be in the upper 50s to near 60 degrees when the game wraps up.

Overnight low temperatures will continue to be cooler than normal in the mid to upper-40s. It is a college football Saturday and also homecoming for Coastal Carolina. Kickoff at noon will be near 70 degrees and low-70s throughout the game.

Sunday will be warmer-mid to upper-70s, and near 80 degrees for Monday. High pressure dominates all weekend and into next week. The next cold front isn’t until Thursday and that cooldown will not be as drastic as the one this week.
