I would like to know how anyone can think it's ok for a police officer to 2x kick a handcuffed shackled prisoner because he didn't obey a command to sit down. It wasn't like anyone was being attacked or was in danger. That's not the kind of behavior I want in police. If that's what he was trained to do in that situation then the training needs to be changed. Who ever is voting to aquit this man should be ashamed.
