    ‘Goodie Bag’ launches in Charleston to reduce food waste

    CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – An app is launching in Charleston to help reduce food waste and offer affordable options for quality food.

    Goodie Bag launches Friday and will assist local shops in salvaging revenue and attracting new customers.

    The app connects users with unsold but perfectly good food from local businesses at discounted prices for pickup.

    A few restaurants on the app include:

    • Little Peanut Bake Shop
    • Charleston Bagel Co
    • Lillie Fuel
    • The Daily
    • Atlyss Food Collective
    • The Front Porch
    • Carolina Bucher and Beer
    • Great Harvest Bread
    • Bodega
    • Benny Rinaldis

    Yea no bags available. When you search it is a scam they are takers. They got kicked out of 13 cities. Good luck they charged me today 120.50 and offered nothing and said sorry, they just lunched. They gave me a 6 dollar stat and they said thank you for joining, I referred 20 people and they gave the start up cash and then zeroed my account and took all my referrals. F the sight
