Friends and family of the two people killed by a drunk driver outside the Park Tavern in St Louis Park are distraught Tuesday after the man charged in their death was given supervised release.

It's been one month since Park Tavern employee Christina Folkerts and Gabe Harvey were killed, with several others injured, when 56-year old Stephen Bailey allegedly plowed into the patio at Park Tavern in St. Louis Park. Bailey was far over the legal limit while driving and he posted a $500,000 bail shortly after being arrested.

In court Monday, Bailey was granted a supervised release into a sober living facility.

Those who knew the victims were visibly upset as they left the courtroom according to WCCO's Taylor Rivera.

Bailey is set for release on October 14 and his next court appearance has been set for December 10. Bailey faces two counts of criminal vehicular homicide and nine counts of criminal vehicular operation.
