WCCO Radio, 102.9 The Wolf, Audacy and the Minnesota Twins are announcing a multi-year extension of the club’s radio broadcast rights partnership.

Twins baseball will continue to be on the Twin Cities flagship station of 830 WCCO (WCCO-AM) and simulcast on the FM dial with the 100,000-watt 102.9 The Wolf (KMNB-FM), along with free live streaming via the Audacy app for fans in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, western Wisconsin and northern Iowa.

"We've always felt as though Minnesota Twins baseball and WCCO Radio are kind of synonymous and certainly signal the best of spring and summer and hopefully in the future, back into fall baseball here in Minnesota," says Twins President Dave St. Peter. "So we think we landed in the right place."

The extension begins with the 2025 season and includes exclusive local radio broadcast rights for all Twins spring training, regular season and Postseason games.

This renewed partnership also continues a longstanding relationship between the Twins and News Talk 830 WCCO, which has served as the flagship radio home of Minnesota Twins baseball for 53 of the club’s 64 seasons.

“Audacy continues to be a terrific partner for the Minnesota Twins, with an AM, FM and digital streaming presence that delivers our fans with one of the most extensive coverage maps in professional sports,” said club Executive Chair Joe Pohlad. “Baseball on the radio remains a cherished tradition in Twins Territory. Whether via the Audacy app, on 102.9 The Wolf or on our longtime flagship home of 830 WCCO, we are thrilled to ensure that Twins radio broadcasts are always available to our fans on whichever platform they choose.”

Coverage of Twins baseball on News Talk 830 WCCO will also include daily programming throughout the regular season and Postseason, along with additional, inside access during the offseason and spring training.

"Audacy is thrilled to continue its long-standing partnership with the Minnesota Twins, ensuring fans across the Upper Midwest can catch every pitch of Twins baseball throughout the season and stay up-to-date on everything surrounding the team all year long,” said Jeff Gonsales, Senior Vice President and Market Manager, Audacy Minneapolis. “With this multi-year extension, we remain committed to giving fans multiple destinations for everything Twins and look forward to many more seasons of being the home for fans.”

WCCO will have extensive coverage of Twins baseball leading up to the 2025 season with Twinsfest in January, live broadcasts from Spring Training by WCCO talent, plus the Diamond Awards in January which celebrate philanthropy and baseball in Minnesota.

"There's so many things that are entrenched in the history of both WCCO, celebrating a, a 100th anniversary, and of course the Twins have been a big part of that along with other local sports properties," St. Peter explained. "But this was an important one for us to get across the finish line."

The Twins 2025 schedule in the Grapefruit League in Fort Myers begins February 22nd against the Atlanta Braves. The regular season begins March 27th in St. Louis with the 2025 home opener April 3rd versus Houston.
