    Restaurant Week returning to Effingham for 4th year

    EFFINGHAM, Ill. (WCIA) — This Monday through Sunday, local restaurants across Effingham will offer new dishes, special menus, discounts, and more for the city’s fourth annual Restaurant Week.

    The week-long event is sponsored by Visit Effingham. From April 15 – 21, Effingham establishments will serve up some exclusive, limited-time menu items — including beverages. 12 restaurants will be participating this year, including:

    • Firefly Grill
    • Fox Holler Coffee
    • Gabby Goat
    • Ginger Ale’s
    • Heartland Health Food
    • Joe’s Pizza and Pasta
    • Joe Sippers Cafe
    • Lucia’s Italian Kitchen
    • Lucia’s Steaks
    • Niemerg’s Steakhouse
    • TK Grille
    • Tuscan Hills Winery
    Champaign restaurants compete in the Vegan Chef Challenge

    “We are thrilled to bring another Restaurant Week to the Effingham community this year. We believe this event will offer the community something to look forward to and give residents and visitors, both, a reason to explore our diverse and exciting restaurant scene,” Tourism Director Jodi Thoele said. “Even more so, we think this is a great opportunity to show our support of our fellow hospitality professionals. This event is one we have come to look forward to each year.”
