School bus crashes in Shelby Co.

WINDSOR, Ill. (WCIA) — A Stewardson-Strasburg school bus was involved in an accident on the way to pick students up for a golf match Wednesday afternoon.

The accident happened on the corner of Rt 32 and Minnesota in Windsor at around 1 p.m.

Superintendent of Stewardson-Strasburg School District Justin Deters posted on the district’s Facebook page to address the accident.

According to Deters, there were no students involved in the accident, and both drivers are okay.

Deters also thanked Windsor first responders and staff for their help.
