    I-57 crash in Iroquois County rerouting traffic

    IROQUOIS COUNTY, Ill. (WCIA) — Traffic is being rerouted on I-57 southbound in Iroquois County after a crash happened Wednesday afternoon.

    According to State Police, the accident happened near milepost 285 in Gilman. Traffic is being rerouted onto Illinois Route 116.

    Former Maroa-Forsyth teacher charged with sexual abuse

    Illinois State Police are investigating. Officials are encouraging motorists to take alternative routes until further notice.
