Four-star guard Brandon Lee commits to Illinois

(WCIA) — Illini basketball has its second commit in the Class of 2025 with guard Brandon Lee, who currently plays for The Patrick School in New Jersey, rated a four-recruit by 247 Sports.

Illinois landed a commit from fellow guard Keaton Wagler out of Kansas last week, also in next year’s class.

Lee was born in Puerto Rico, averaging nearly 23 points per game on the EYBL circuit last spring, just ahead of current Illini forward Will Riley, who averaged nearly 22 points a game on the circuit.
