URBANA, Ill. (WCIA) — An Urbana bar and grill is closing its doors permanently.

Boomerang’s Bar and Grill announced via Facebook on Monday that the establishment is going out of business. It’s last day of operation will be Saturday, Oct. 5.

The restaurant will operate on normal business hours until 11:59 p.m. on Oct. 5.

“Thank you to everyone that supported us through the last 13 months,” management said. “There are too many of you to mention here, but I’m sure you know who you are.”

The announcement comes less than two months after management had to close Boomerang’s in order to “restructure, reorganize, and upgrade our business,” with no reopening date set. The restaurant reopened a few days later , but now it is closing again, this time for good.

To accommodate guests amidst dwindling inventory, management said there will be discounts every day of the week. Starting with 10% off everything on Tuesday, the discounts will increase by 10% each day until Saturday, when everything will be 50% off.
