From the Farm: Farming robots

CENTRAL ILLINOIS (WCIA) — Innovation is often expanding, especially in agriculture. Now, robots are starting to take care of crops in the field.

Robots are not new, and many are running around on the U of I south farms. But the Brazilian Solix robot has advanced to the point that it can live in a field for the entire crop season.

Guilerme Ganet is with the company that makes the Solix. He spoke with Stu in his latest From the Farm segment.
