The trailer was abandoned, and officials said a construction crew was trying to remove it. Investigators determined that a construction worker accidentally started the fire.

Firefighters were on the scene for a little over an hour, putting out the fire, extinguishing hotspots and performing overhaul. The fire was put out without any injuries and without it spreading to nearby mobile homes.

The Taylorville Fire Department was assisted on-scene by the Edinburg Fire Protection District.
