Law enforcement will do their jobs but the courts won’t. AG’s Offices will give them plea deals with lower misdemeanors with probation only. Lived it. This doesn’t deter predator from doing anything. We already have Sexual Exploitation laws and Criminal Conspiracy laws. Make mandatory minimums for this law, THEN and ONLY then will this actually help.
