    Wiregrass teams move around in week two ASWA state rankings poll

    WIREGRASS, Ala (WDHN) — With another week of high school football in the books, teams across the state are starting to take shape, and the ASWA has released their Week Two state poll rankings.

    The Enterprise Wildcats remain steady at number two in Class 7A after a convincing win over 6A powerhouse Pike Road.

    The Dothan Wolves climb one spot to crack the top five following a strong performance in a victory over Monroe, Georgia.

    In class 5A the Headland Rams jumped up into the top 10 after beginning their season 2-0.

    In Class 3A, the Houston Academy Raiders move up to number eight after a dominant showing against Pike County.

    The Cottonwood Bears hold firm at number four in class 2A after a big win over Ashford.

    However, the Elba Tigers drop two spots to number three in Class 1A after suffering a tough loss to the 3A Glenwood Gators.
