Ladies it's time to probably get a license to carry and stand your ground.

Maybe train police officers to be more kind and understanding with the victims. It seems like the police officers there treat the victims like they are the perpetrators instead of victims. Yes sometimes the victims go back to their abusers because they feel there is no way out and they might have children with their abusers. Maybe build more domestic violence shelters equipped with counselors and therapist who can help them and give them opportunities. There is so much that can be done..
