Miami Valley getting roundabouts, turn lanes

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — Funding has been approved for construction in multiple local counties.

As a part of funding approved for the Ohio Department of Transportation’s Highway Safety Improvement Program, the following counties will see roadway improvements:

Butler	Champaign
Clark	Miami
Montgomery	Warren

Four roundabouts, two left turn lanes and a cable median barrier are set to be installed.

“When it comes to our roadways, safety will always be our top priority,” said DeWine. “Our goal is to save lives by investing to improve dangerous intersections.”
