    Warren County man with dementia found safe

    DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — The Warren County Sheriff’s Office is thanking the public for help in locating a missing man with dementia.

    Phillip Back drove away from his house on Osceola Road in Blanchester at 4 a.m. He was safely located around 10:19 a.m. near the Franklin-Springboro area.

    His vehicle was spotted by a camera around 9:31 a.m. near Campbell Drive and Fairgrove Avenue in Butler County.

    “The Warren County Sheriff’s Office is thankful for the assistance of all involved and grateful for the quick dissemination of information through the media outlets which aided in the safe location of Philip,” said the statement.
