    Ohio National Guard health clinic helps more than 1K people over its 2 days

    XENIA, Ohio (WDTN) — More than 1,000 Ohioans took advantage of the Ohio National Guard’s GuardCare clinic this past weekend, with nearly 4,000 procedures being done over the two days.

    According to Laurie Fox, public information officer for Greene County Public Health, the National Guard saw 1,028 patients over Saturday and Sunday. Over both days, 3,828 procedures were completed.

    Free hand surgery returns to Kettering Health

    This year was the first time since 2020 that the Ohio National Guard had partnered with Greene County Public Health, as the unit partners with areas all over the state each year.
