    Vehicle crashes after cross-county pursuit

    DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — A cross-county pursuit ended with a vehicle crash.

    According to the Montgomery County Regional Dispatch Center, Officers were dispatched around 11:44 p.m. on Tuesday night to assist on a pursuit that began in Warren County and then crossed into Montgomery.

    Officers responded to the area of Germantown Street and Stolz Avenue, the scene of the crash, just past Mallory Park in Dayton’s Pineview neighborhood.

    According to the Franklin Police Department, officers were conducting a traffic stop before the driver of the stopped vehicle fled from them. The pursuit then proceeded along I-75 SB., in Franklin, minutes before 11:30 p.m.

    The status of the driver of the vehicle is unknown at the time of writing; medics were dispatched to the scene.
