    DeWine orders flags at half-staff in Ohio

    DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — Ohio Governor Mike DeWine has ordered flags to be lowered.

    The order follows the death of Robert Hagler, a former judge in Greene County. Hagler’s obituary details the former judge died on Aug. 3 at 84-years-old.

    On all public buildings and grounds within Greene County, flags should be flown at half-staff from sunrise on Aug. 16 to sunset on Aug. 17.

    The Governor also says flags outside of the county are also able to be placed at half-staff, but it is “at their discretion.”
