McDonald’s extends $5 meal deal offer

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — Hungry customers looking to grab a cheap and fast meal now have more time to do so at McDonald’s.

McDonald’s has announced it’s $5 Meal Deal will continue through December at Ohio locations. CNBC reported roughly 80 percent of markets across the nation have agreed to keep the discounted meal for customers until the end of 2024.

Guests that order a meal deal can choose from either a McChicken or McDouble sandwich. All meals will include a small fry, four-piece McNugget and your choice of small soft drink and sauce. Customers will receive the meal for $5 plus tax.

The restaurant chain unveiled the offer to customers in June.
